What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with prospective and current customers to assess their insurance needs
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Manage policy renewals and conduct customer follow-ups
- Assist customers throughout the claims process for a smooth experience
- Conduct marketing and prospecting efforts through various channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, customer service, or insurance-related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses if not currently licensed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in agriculture is a plus
