What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Warm call prospective clients and set appointments based on your schedule
- Update reports, records, and bookkeeping systems to track progress toward monthly sales goals
- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to present the best insurance policies for their needs
- Stay educated on various types of insurance and policy changes to meet program requirements
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers while pursuing new insurance sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a Life Insurance license or be willing to obtain one
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Strong work ethic with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Time management skills and discipline to set and keep appointments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required
- Coachable and open to feedback, demonstrating a willingness to learn continuously
