What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compliantly deliver information regarding the launch of a new product to healthcare professionals
- Make a minimum of 50 contacts (calls) per day to identified healthcare professionals
- Document all calls in the employer's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Manage relationships with healthcare professionals using the CRM tool
- Learn and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred, with a track record of performance
- A 4-year bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality with a proven performance record
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, though not required
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a virtual setting
- Previous experience engaging with healthcare professionals is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
