What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes with enthusiasm and expertise
- Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests at every step
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a Real Estate License
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine real estate market, or a strong desire to become an expert in the area
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management
