What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments with potential clients to schedule educational sessions
- Collaborate with your mentor to research and customize insurance solutions for clients
- Conduct meetings with families via Zoom or phone to present options and assist with applications
- Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure smooth application processing
- Manage your own schedule to balance work hours and personal commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a genuine desire to help others and a servant's heart
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Coachable and collaborative team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn
- Licensed in Life & Health Insurance or willing to obtain a license (training provided)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with financial products or insurance services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong network and community connections
- Self-motivated with a drive to build your own business
