What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments with potential clients for educational sessions
- Collaborate with a mentor to research and customize insurance solutions for clients
- Conduct Zoom or phone meetings with families to present options and assist with applications
- Follow up with carriers to ensure smooth processing of applications
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate client meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a genuine desire to help others and a servant's heart
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Must be coachable and willing to work collaboratively in a team
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed
- Licensed in Life & Health Insurance or willing to obtain (training provided)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
