What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments by reaching out to potential clients for educational sessions
- Research and customize insurance solutions in partnership with your mentor
- Conduct Zoom or phone meetings with families to present options and assist with applications
- Follow up with carriers to ensure smooth application processing
- Dedicate time to client engagement and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a servant's heart and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work collaboratively as a coachable team player
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong listening and communication skills
- Licensed in Life & Health Insurance or willingness to obtain (training provided)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or client relations is a plus
- Familiarity with life insurance products and services
- Proven track record of goal-oriented performance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
