What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Conduct training sessions, both virtually and in-person, for personal development and sales techniques
- Design insurance policies tailored to fit clients' needs
- Work with warm leads provided by the employer, eliminating the need for cold calling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
