      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage a diverse set of environmental health and safety projects
      - Interact and communicate directly with clients on project and proposal development
      - Conduct regulatory applicability evaluations and compliance audits
      - Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs and plans for various clients
      - Lead and mentor mid- and junior-level staff while assisting with client training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of EHS consulting experience
      - At least 5 years of project management experience, including client development and management
      - Knowledge of Federal and State environmental regulations (e.g., Stormwater, Wastewater, Air)
      - Proficient in MS Office suite and environmental reporting software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing EHS written programs (e.g., SPCC, SWPPP, OSHA)
      - Proficiency in EHS reporting (e.g., Tier II, TRI/Tura, NESHAP)
      - Possession of a personal vehicle for independent transportation to work sites
