      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage a diverse set of environmental, health, and safety compliance projects
      - Interact and communicate directly with clients on project and proposal development efforts
      - Conduct regulatory applicability evaluations and interpret EHS regulations for multiple industry types
      - Develop, implement, promote, and improve EHS programs and plans for clients
      - Lead and mentor mid- and junior-level staff while contributing to business development activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field
      - 15-20 years of EHS consulting experience
      - 5+ years of project management and client management experience
      - Knowledge of Federal and State environmental regulations (Stormwater, Wastewater, Air, EPCRA, RCRA, etc.)
      - Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPPER certification is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing EHS written programs (e.g., SPCC, SWPPP, OSHA, etc.)
      - Proficient with EHS reporting (e.g., Tier II, TRI/Tura, NESHAP, air source registration/air emission statements, stormwater discharge, hazardous waste, etc.)
      - Proficient in MS Office suite and environmental reporting software
      - Must have a personal vehicle for independent transportation to work sites when required
