      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and conduct inspections at facilities subject to the Refrigerant Management Program (RMP)
      - Provide technical support to businesses to ensure understanding and compliance with refrigerant regulations
      - Assist junior staff on complex RMP topics and mentor new inspectors
      - Attend public meetings to explain RMP rules in a clear and accessible manner
      - Identify and resolve violations of RMP regulations to promote future compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Nine years of experience in environmental-based work or related duties
      - Experience providing technical assistance to businesses and inspecting facilities for compliance
      - Demonstrated competence in conducting environmental and safety compliance inspections
      - Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis
      - Education in environmental, physical, or natural sciences, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of climate change science or air quality regulations
      - Familiarity with greenhouse gas reduction programs, particularly hydrofluorocarbons
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
      - Experience in environmental compliance, inspection, or auditing
