What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct visual impact assessments and technical analysis
- Coordinate tasks and project planning under the direction of the Visual Resources Practice Lead
- Produce technical writing for assessments in support of permit applications
- Provide general planning and permitting support for environmental assessments
- Travel occasionally for project site visits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of experience in producing visual impact assessments
- Strong research, analysis, and reporting skills
- Ability to read and interpret site layouts and maps
- Commitment to producing high-quality work
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform fieldwork

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with National Environmental Policy Act and State Environmental Quality Reviews
- Familiarity with federal agencies and their assessment methods
- Training in DSLR cameras, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience in shadow flicker analyses for wind energy projects
