What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple environmental projects concurrently from proposal stage to final report submission
- Oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients to deliver quality projects within designated timelines
- Generate proposals, engage subcontractors, and monitor project progress while communicating with clients
- Identify and resolve project issues and facilitate the delivery of final reports and invoices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, or a similar technical discipline
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, due diligence, or risk management-related services
- Extensive knowledge of ASTM-1527-05 and the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver quality results on time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring staff or leading project teams
- Familiarity with project estimating and proposal generation
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship management
- Understanding of environmental consulting concepts related to risk management and due diligence
- Ability to adapt to various technical disciplines
