      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage environmental monitoring, mitigation, and remediation activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
      - Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with environmental standards
      - Review and evaluate Phase I and Phase II Site Assessment Reports and tenant chemical inventories
      - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement environmental strategies
      - Develop scopes of work and manage consultant performance and schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field (Geology, Environmental Engineering, Biology, or Construction Management)
      - Minimum of four years of experience in environmental assessment, investigation, or project management
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
      - Proficiency in environmental management software and regulatory platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in large-scale construction and redevelopment projects
      - Knowledge of California Environmental Regulatory Programs
      - Familiarity with indoor air quality monitoring and compliance regulations
      - Ability to provide technical recommendations to enhance project performance
      - Experience managing environmental compliance related to hazardous waste and air quality
