What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and conduct inspections for ACM, LBP, and Radon
- Perform fieldwork, including the collection of soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and mold samples
- Conduct research, complete reviews, and compile detailed reports
- Participate in site visits for data collection and field equipment operation
- Collaborate with Senior Environmental Specialists on project tasks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of experience in the environmental field
- Required licenses/credentials related to job duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong work ethic with excellent written and verbal communication skills
