What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct desk research on waste infrastructure in selected countries, focusing on national waste strategies and major municipalities
- Analyze trends and signals related to organics landfill diversion and recycling infrastructure
- Summarize research findings into comprehensive reports
- Collaborate with team members to develop criteria for prioritizing countries for organics recycling of hygiene products
- Investigate the impact of hygiene products within the waste streams of the selected countries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous research experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or studies in civil engineering, environmental engineering, materials engineering, chemical engineering, or chemistry
- Understanding of long-term waste strategies and their environmental effects
- Strong analytical skills to interpret research data
- Ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with organics recycling infrastructure and anaerobic digestion processes
- Experience in environmental policy or waste management projects
- Knowledge of international waste management practices
- Strong written communication skills for report preparation
