      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend training and complete required testing to obtain and maintain EMR system certifications
      - Participate in workflow analysis, data collection, and database customization for EMR
      - Communicate with clinical and nonclinical staff to understand needs and provide status updates
      - Document all work efforts meticulously to support audit reviews and compliance
      - Proactively troubleshoot system issues and implement resolutions for end-user reported problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
      - One year of work experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership characteristics preferred
      - Working knowledge of hospital operations and analytical skills
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills
      - Must obtain EPIC Certification within 90 days of employment

      - Experience in patient care, patient accounts, registration, scheduling, claims, and/or health information management
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team and manage conflict effectively
