      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to Epic software
      - Build and maintain Epic application content as assigned, ensuring alignment with business operations
      - Collect information regarding potential system enhancements and analyze data conversion needs
      - Develop and document procedures for implementing system changes and establish change control processes
      - Provide end-user support during implementation and act as an application expert for roll-out

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of Epic or integrated EMR experience
      - Epic Module Certification as required by the position
      - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS)
      - Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a directly related field combined with 4 years of relevant IT experience
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with 7 years of related IT experience in a healthcare setting
      - Previous experience as an Associate Epic Analyst
