      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement and maintain EHR systems and databases to ensure optimal performance
      - Manage and support the analysis, design, and deployment of IT resources in application specialty
      - Interface with IT Services to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
      - Perform project management for pharmacy technology initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met
      - Communicate effectively regarding risks, issues, and project status updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current licensure with the Virginia State Board of Pharmacy
      - Minimum of three to six years of hospital pharmacy experience
      - Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree
      - Thorough knowledge of inpatient environment and clinic-based operations
      - Ability to communicate professionally with healthcare staff regarding drug-related issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous Epic experience in training, build, and/or support of Epic systems
      - Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited academic program
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
