      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement long-term best practice Epic strategy across operations and IT
      - Educate operational leadership on process improvement and Epic best practices
      - Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leaders on reporting and workflow design
      - Monitor Key Performance Indicators and recommend enhancements for Epic workflows
      - Assist in developing training materials and curricula related to Epic

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current Epic Administrator Certification in a Revenue Cycle focused module
      - Minimum of 3 years of Epic build experience in revenue cycle functions
      - Strong understanding of hospital and/or ambulatory revenue cycle operations
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Ability to travel up to 25% as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong implementation background with other revenue cycle focused Epic applications
      - Working knowledge of interface and interface messages
      - Experience in educating revenue cycle leadership in Epic system functionality
