What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement long-term Epic strategy across operations and IT
- Assist operational leadership in process improvement and Epic best practices
- Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders on reporting and workflow design
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators and recommend Epic workflow enhancements
- Participate in assessments to identify opportunities for client improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a current Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle focused module
- 3+ years of Epic build experience in Epic revenue cycle functions
- Strong implementation background with working knowledge of revenue cycle operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Availability to travel up to 25% periodically
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other revenue cycle focused Epic applications
- Strong understanding of interface and interface messages
- Proven track record in denial reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
