What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide clients through workflows, upgrades, and system changes while providing ongoing system maintenance
- Act as the primary consultant for troubleshooting and knowledge transfer related to client solutions
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, ensuring effective issue escalation and engagement support
- Collaborate with project teams to define requirements and design functional solutions
- Provide routine support and maintenance for production and non-production applications as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related healthcare field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a healthcare environment
- At least 5 years of experience as an Information Systems analyst
- Epic certification in Beacon and Willow
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and background in oncology pharmacy
- Ability to establish and meet delivery dates
- Proven problem and issue resolution experience with a focus on creating quality deliverables
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
