What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align technology solutions with business strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services with various vendors
- Provide technical guidance and business process expertise on complex projects
- Maintain active Epic Bridges Certification and demonstrate advanced proficiency in interface design and optimization
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure reliable data exchange solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience
- Active Epic Bridges Certification required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business application design and support in healthcare integration environments
- Strong understanding of project management concepts and experience in managing multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional Epic certifications or healthcare interoperability certifications
- Experience in designing, building, and supporting HL7 interfaces within Epic Bridges
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards and cross-system data exchange
- Strong analytical skills with a track record in new concept development
