      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow assigned schedules and timelines determined by the eLearning Project Coordinator
      - Provide updates on project development progress, flagging any potential delays
      - Lead and actively participate in script reviews with Principal Trainers
      - Collaborate with Principal Trainers to refine scripts ready for rebuild
      - Utilize eLearning tools and platforms to develop eLearning projects and provide feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Project Management, Education, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development
      - Proficiency in eLearning design and development, including tools like Captivate and Articulate
      - Exceptional command of the English language and ability to build rapport with others
      - Expert user of Microsoft PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Project Management, Education, or a related field
      - 1-2 years of healthcare or Epic-related experience
      - Experience with video and audio editing
      - Certification in Articulate
      - Familiarity with various learning technologies and tools
