What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide prompt support for customer issues, identifying root causes and developing creative solutions
- Maintain server health through patching, reboots, and supported software versions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs and gather, document, and analyze requirements
- Participate in the design process and complete assigned tasks for development and testing
- Develop and maintain application support documentation and educate end-users as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience required
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Obtain applicable certifications within 1 year of hire, when required
- Familiarity with ITIL and other applicable frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as Epic Certification, CompTIA A+, SQL Certification, and others beneficial for the role
- Experience in supporting healthcare applications and systems
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
