What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, test, implement, and support IT solutions to meet operational and clinical needs
- Analyze, design, and recommend improvements to existing systems and/or methods
- Collaborate with analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Perform advanced system analysis and troubleshooting for new functionality and vendor documentation
- Coordinate the preparation of departmental policies, procedures, and system documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience and/or certification in Epic OpTime and Anesthesia required
- EPIC certification for the primary application required within 4 months of employment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis programming/design
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application support and implementation
