      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the operational administration of Epic Payer Platform, including health checks and routine maintenance
      - Configure and maintain payer-to-provider workflows for eligibility, prior authorization, and claims status
      - Administer and monitor FHIR integrations and EDI transactions
      - Triage and resolve operational issues related to Epic Payer Platform integrations
      - Coordinate with stakeholders for change windows and drive adoption of best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience administering healthcare interoperability platforms or educational equivalent
      - 8+ years of experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle
      - 8+ years of excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
      - Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
      - Familiarity with Epic concepts and operational tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure to Epic-related workflows and certifications
      - Experience with Da Vinci Implementation Guides
      - Familiarity with SQL for data validation
      - Hands-on experience with Epic Payer Platform configuration and provider connectivity patterns
