What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application configuration and access
- Serve as the primary support contact for application end-users
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain the application
- Analyze clinical work processes and validate workflow impacts
- Provide oversight and leadership to junior analysts on the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Epic Willow Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or healthcare-related organization
- At least 3 years of Epic build experience
- Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPhT Certification
- Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills
- Clinical knowledge of medication ordering processes
- Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, including dispensing and clinical monitoring
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
