What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to Applications Analysts in the development of specifications for new or revised systems
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the section
- Collaborate with client management to identify complex business requirements and processes
- Coordinate activities with other IT sections, including database and technical support
- Act as an expert technical resource throughout the development and implementation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
- Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification and experience required
- Proven supervisory skills in instructing and directing the work of others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
