What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze data to make recommendations for computerized application processes
- Provide primary support for customers while implementing and maintaining systems in a healthcare environment
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver customer-centered solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in informatics solutions
- Utilize analytical experience to enhance workflow and optimize business processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience
- Epic Willow certification required
- Applicable technology competency within twelve months of hire
- Pharmacy experience preferred
