What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze data to make recommendations for computerized application processes
- Provide primary support for customers while implementing and maintaining systems
- Work as part of an inter-disciplinary team to deliver customer-centered solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry rules and regulations in informatics solutions
- Assist end-users in optimizing the use of application systems functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience
- Epic Willow certification required
- Technology competency required within twelve months of hire
- Pharmacy experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare informatics and application systems
