What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced technical support, configuration, integration, and maintenance for various healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
- Document and recommend workflow changes and technical designs to meet business requirements
- Manage small to mid-sized projects related to healthcare applications and technologies
- Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective application support and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field, or actively working towards a Bachelor's degree with nine years of professional experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in related areas
- Must be Willow Inpatient Certified or Certified in another Epic application and have a pharmacy background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong knowledge of system analysis, operating systems, and project management

- Experience in assessing needs and determining optimal approaches through documentation
- Skilled in problem definition and data collection
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
- Familiarity with capital planning and procurement processes for healthcare projects
