What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform business analysis, documentation, and process improvements in collaboration with business unit leaders
- Maintain and support ERP upgrades and installations across various locations
- Provide instruction and support to Epicor system end-users, including training on "quote-to-cash" functionality
- Develop timelines and project plans for the integration of Epicor modules
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain BI reports and dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Epicor ERP experience
- Proficient in quote-to-cash processing and financial GL setup/configuration
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication abilities
- Willingness to travel as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with GL posting rules, BPMs, BAQs, SSRS, MRP, C#, and SQL
- Effective presentation and training skills
