Job Description

- Serve as the main point of contact and manage day to day interactions with Fortune 500 clients
- Lead clients through the foundational requirements and design discussions to ensure that comprehensive business and data understanding are documented in order to provide clients with optimal enterprise solutions
- Understand best practices of how to implement EPM tools regardless of use case
- Manage and mentor team members through identification and improvement of delivery and help others understand how to implement optimized solutions
- Demonstrate knowledge on project management methodologies, being able to identify key project risks, issues, blockers, and action items throughout an implementation or project
- Determine and set priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for projects
- Deliver high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to business users
- Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project related decisions
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills in managerial, technical, and user-based capacities
- Serve as performance manager for lower level consultants providing mentorship and facilitation of career development
- Consulting background with 8+ years of technology implementation experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Anaplan, Workday HR, Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, or similar technologies
- Prior relevant consulting or industry experience in a client facing role
- Prior experience overseeing project teams and change initiatives in a project management role
- Prior Experience leading a project team of 3-5 people using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data integrations and conversions, and system interfaces
- Prior experience in business development and providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clients
- Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) – SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SAS
- Prior experience with leading ETL tools (Informatica, SnapLogic, Mulesoft, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI))
- Anaplan Certification such as Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics, or Business Administration
