      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Successfully deliver small-to-medium sized projects or manage a well-defined work stream of larger projects within budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards
      - Administer project plans and documentation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
      - Analyze and identify project issues and risks, developing resolution and mitigation plans
      - Collaborate with project team members and senior leaders to drive project strategy
      - Maintain positive project health through effective communication and stakeholder management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing or leading complex projects with a proven record of influencing senior leaders
      - Seven (7) years of experience in managing supply chain contracts and analytics for contract processes
      - At least five (5) years of experience negotiating healthcare contracts, RFPs, and sourcing activities
      - Certification from the American Hospital Association, CMRP, or CPSM preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with internal candidates who may not meet the minimum education qualifications
      - Additional certifications related to healthcare management or project management
      - Strong negotiation skills beyond the minimum years of experience
