What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison for limited delegation/small agencies
- Manage and administer contracts and solicitations specific to limited and small agencies
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on strategic goals
- Interpret applicable laws, rules, policies, and procedures
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques and manage supply chain and resource management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
- Knowledge of state and federal statutes and rules related to government procurement activities
- Strong skills in data analysis, relationship management, and negotiating contractual terms and conditions
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies and maintain effective customer and supplier relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
