What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with veterinarians, dealers, and distributor representatives to promote the employer's Equine products
- Conduct educational training and presentations at producer seminars
- Drive sales results by building strong relationships with Equine distribution partners
- Analyze data and execute business plans for effective territory management
- Develop trust with customers through reliability and follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) and/or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 6 months of Equine-related experience for Associate Equine Specialist
- Minimum of 2 years of Equine-related experience for Equine Specialist
- Minimum of 8 years of Equine-related experience for Senior Equine Specialist
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Animal Science or equivalent
- Experience and knowledge of the Equine industry
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
