What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple client engagements and build relationships with senior business leaders to generate revenue

- Provide day-to-day direction, technical training, and professional coaching to team members
- Participate in creating business development strategies and identifying client needs for expanded work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
- Expert knowledge of equity compensation strategy, design, and implementation issues
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business problems and identify root causes and solutions
- Advanced consultative, project management, and communication skills
- Recent compensation consulting experience is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a master’s degree or advanced certification is preferred
- Familiarity with corporate governance policies and trends related to long-term incentive plans
