What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and produce Business Analysis Artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Flows, and test cases
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Front Office, Middle Office, and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth project execution
- Oversee all phases of Trading System project implementation, including Analysis, Development, Testing, and Release
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Total Return Swaps, Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps, and Synthetic Prime Business
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to swaps trading, including CFTC and SEC regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, specifically related to equity swaps
- In-depth knowledge of Swaps Trading Lifecycle and associated regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with core Equity Swaps platforms, such as Swap One, Murex, or NuvoPrime
- Proven experience in producing Business Analysis Artifacts
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Trading System project implementation and managing major milestones
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies in the financial services sector
- Knowledge of additional regulatory frameworks impacting equity swaps
