What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business and digital team members to understand requirements and guide effective ERP system utilization
- Design and implement solutions that enhance Source to Pay processes in alignment with RTX's operating model
- Support the creation of innovative solutions for digital and business strategies
- Assist in data mapping activities and testing with data and process teams
- Document solutions including configuration documents and process flows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of Source to Pay business processes, including procurement, accounts payable, and vendor master data
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems, including system configuration and reporting capabilities
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba
- Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on large, complex Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development
- Previous experience in similarly regulated large organizations
