What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement Deltek Vantagepoint across newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
- Coordinate data migration activities in alignment with the implementation schedule
- Provide advanced-level support for Deltek Vantagepoint and serve as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with various departments to configure, test, and deploy system modules and workflows
- Develop and manage comprehensive training programs and facilitate training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of financial systems or ERP experience, preferably with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision
- Proven experience in Deltek implementation, configuration, and user training
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with system migrations, data conversions, and integration with third-party tools
- Familiarity with project-based accounting, professional services automation (PSA), or financial reporting
