What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align ERP functionality with operational needs in engineering and manufacturing, including workflows and documentation
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of ERP tools
- Participate in testing and validation of ERP changes to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with IT to review and advise on upgrades and enhancements impacting engineering and manufacturing
- Build strong partnerships with IT and engineering & manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Business/Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience using/deploying ERP functionality in Engineering & Manufacturing, preferably Infor LN
- Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes across engineering and manufacturing
- Ability to interpret engineering and manufacturing requirements to define relevant ERP functionality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to an evolving ERP system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
