What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with IT to align ERP functionality with operational needs in engineering and manufacturing
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of ERP tools
- Participate in testing and validation of ERP changes impacting engineering and manufacturing
- Build strong partnerships with IT and engineering/manufacturing teams to facilitate integration
- Support ERP integration with existing and new manufacturing infrastructure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Business/Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years' experience using/deploying ERP functionality in Engineering & Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes across engineering and manufacturing
- Ability to interpret engineering and manufacturing requirements to define ERP functionality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Infor LN ERP system; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is also considered
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
- Adaptability and eagerness to grow alongside an evolving ERP system
