What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a consultative partner to HR, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders
- Lead Workday support and Tier 2 issue triage for HR, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Drive feature releases, upgrades, and enhancements within the Workday system
- Evaluate the feasibility of system changes with business stakeholders
- Maintain technical standards, security, and data privacy best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Workday PRO Certification (required)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems, preferably Workday
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to business language
- Leadership experience guiding support or functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in HR, Finance, or Supply Chain systems
- Technical troubleshooting and systems support expertise
- Experience in project planning and cross-functional coordination
