What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acknowledge client escalations promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with Amazon PPC specialists to gather necessary context and updates
- Draft empathetic follow-up responses summarizing findings and outlining next steps
- Prepare detailed escalation briefs that include client background and relevant performance insights
- Organize escalation calls with Squad Leaders as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with Amazon PPC, understanding campaign structures and performance data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to summarize complex information
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or account coordination is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC campaign metrics and account performance data
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
