What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain client relationships by communicating approved document/data changes and updates
- Review purchase agreements and manage quality control of the closing process
- Facilitate title searches and verify results to clear titles and provide solutions
- Produce title insurance policies and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Assist with post-closing activities, including document packaging and policy production
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to new software applications and technologies
- Passion for helping customers with a professional and positive attitude
