What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to assist in the escrow process
- Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
- Handle complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions
- Communicate requirements and other relevant information to clients
- Interpret various agreements related to closing and prepare necessary transaction documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an escrow-related field
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office suite and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background with a mix of curative and closing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
