What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end process of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth interactions with all parties involved
- Prepare and send opening letters and "thank you" acknowledgments to all parties
- Order title commitments and distribute them to relevant parties
- Handle daily calls from lenders, buyers, attorneys, realtors, and insurance companies, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist the Closer/Escrow Officer with final policy disbursement and cancel files per office procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant or in a similar role within Title and Escrow
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to work in a team-oriented setting
