What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop ESG project charter and ensure alignment with corporate sustainability goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define project scope and mobilize subject matter experts
- Lead ESG-related projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and deliver executive level updates regarding ESG progress and activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree
- Formalized education or training in project management practices
- Knowledge of ESG standards, frameworks, and reporting standards
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with benefits industry and consumer directed pre-tax benefits
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively coordinate and manage projects
