The Event Manager provides event services for all School of Law events and programs, including commencement, faculty/student conferences and symposia, alumni events, student events, orientation, and special events and programs. The Events Manager is also responsible for coordinating and supporting outside events for approved organizations. The Event Manager works with the various constituent groups of the law school to ensure the successful execution of events through effective communication, attention to detail, adherence to best practices in event management, and compliance with deadlines, timelines, university and law school policies, and the event budget. The successful Event Manager will be creative, well-organized, and detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Event Manager reports to the Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Engagement and Strategic Initiatives.About the company
